We believe time spent preparing for exercise and preventing injury is quicker and less psychologically draining than recovering from injury.

That’s why we created Prehab Programming - enhanced, video based programming geared towards functional fitness athletes. Our programming is based around two key principles:

  • Preparation: 10-15 minute preparation sessions designed to be used before your training. Activation of the muscle groups associated with the movements about to be performed.

  • Prevention: 20-25 minute preventative sessions designed to promote strength and integrity within muscle groups and joint tissue. These sessions can aid in reducing the likelihood of common injuries associated with functional fitness activities.

  • Express: Condensed versions of our Preparation sessions, designed to be paused and used when you’re short on time, need less explanation of movements or prefer to warm-up, activate and prepare more socially.
